Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for a policy violation.
Refund eligibility
Contact us within seven days of the initial purchase if the paid service was materially unavailable or the purchase was duplicated. Unused first-time purchases may be reviewed case by case. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Items normally not refundable
Consumed character credits, completed audio generations, renewal periods that were not canceled before billing, one-time packs that have been partially used, taxes, and losses caused by third-party content or policy violations are normally not refundable, except where required by law.
Failed generations
A provider failure is handled first through automatic character-credit reversal when a task deduction was recorded. A reversed credit is not a cash refund. If credits were not restored correctly, include the task ID in a support ticket.
How to request a review
Submit a support ticket with the account email, order number, purchase date, reason, and relevant task IDs. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or API keys. We aim to respond within five business days; banks and payment providers may need additional time to post an approved refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
